Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and provide operational support for credit-bearing and non-credit-bearing Career Development programs (e.g., CDO modules, career fairs, employer talks, mentoring sessions, workshops).">
  • Support course administration tasks such as class scheduling, student communications, and liaison with academic/administrative departments.">
  • Maintain program documentation during planning, implementation, and post-programme review phases.">
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of CD initiatives in collaboration with the wider team.">
  • Liaise with students, alumni, employers, and faculty to support the effective delivery of CD programs.">
  • Provide administrative support in employer engagement activities such as recruitment talks, career events, and industry partnerships.">
  • Support the collection, organisation, and analysis of data to generate insights for Career Development programs and initiatives.">
  • Assist in preparing internal reports and submissions for audits, stakeholder updates, and university reporting requirements.">
  • Maintain accurate records related to student engagement, employer partnerships, and graduate employment outcomes.">
