Job Overview

As a Web Application Specialist, you will play a key role in crafting and developing user-centric web solutions. You'll be involved in the full development lifecycle, from understanding user needs and business objectives to creating responsive interfaces and optimizing usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze, and evaluate user experience requirements for new or existing web applications.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly illustrate user flows and interfaces.
  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive and interactive web solutions that meet user and business needs.
  • Work with development teams to integrate front-end UI with back-end logic.
  • Ensure that all designs are well-structured, compatible across browsers/devices, and meet industry accessibility and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and iterate on design concepts and features.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming or relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years of work experience in a relevant role, such as UI/UX Designer, Web Developer, Mobile Applications Developer with UX focus.
  • Proficiency in responsive web design.
  • Strong experience with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and front-end development best practices.
  • Familiarity with cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and work independently with minimal supervision.
