Key Responsibilities:

As an E-commerce Operations and Marketing Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organizing warehouse inventory to ensure products are ready to delight pets and their owners.
  • Packing and processing orders for timely dispatch.
  • Conducting regular stock audits and updating the inventory system.
  • Working closely with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
  • Creating engaging and pet-centric content to align with our brand voice and guidelines.
  • Monitoring analytics to understand customer behavior and optimize campaigns.

Salary and Benefits:

  • $11 per hour, with estimated 9-12 hours per week to start.
  • Hands-on experience with the day-to-day operations of a small e-commerce business.
