Job Description\

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our FX & Remittance domain, responsible for optimizing the complex world of currency exchange, cross-border transfers, and economic optimization.

Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Own end-to-end product responsibility for our FX & Remittance stack, including rate sourcing, spreads, execution flows, and system reliability\
  • Define roadmap and priorities to optimize cost, speed, and transparency of cross-border transfers and currency exchanges\
  • Work with engineering and ops to ensure system performance, accuracy, and resilience, especially in integrations with external vendors and banks\
  • Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to manage exposure, settlements, and reconciliation flows\
  • Identify creative ways to gather, simulate, or benchmark FX and remittance data to support business intelligence and product strategy\
  • Contribute to UX improvements that enhance the value proposition of multi-currency usage for both consumers and businesses\
  • Be the domain expert for FX and remittance flows, shaping how our platform scales in complexity and competitiveness\

Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • \
  • 4–7 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial systems\
  • Strong analytical mindset and a love for making sense of financial data and performance metrics\
  • Proven experience building or operating in financially complex environments, such as FX, remittance, treasury, pricing systems\
  • Technical or strong business analysis background preferred – you should be comfortable in systems thinking and operational detail\
  • Experience managing third-party integrations with financial institutions or vendors\
