Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Systems Architect to drive the development of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and projects, with a strong understanding of software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of software developers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project delivery.
  • Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our IT systems and processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in IT, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Education: At least a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Skills: Good experience in microservices API development, good knowledge in Java framework, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Requirements:
  • Banking Background: Preferable experience working in the banking sector.
  • AWS Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with AWS cloud services is desirable.
