Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing fast and friendly food service.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all food preparation procedures are followed to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, operating cash register systems, following counter service procedures, and maintaining suitable inventory levels in Food Warmers.

Additionally, you will be required to respond promptly to customer needs, follow performance standards for assigned stations, and consistently practice food safety and cleanliness procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
