Learning Experience Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and resourceful Learning Experience Designer to design theme-based workshops and produce fun, engaging Science and Math content that inspires curiosity in students aged 7 to 10.

The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum design, teaching, or content creation for Math and Science. They will be responsible for translating Science and Math concepts into fascinating storylines and hands-on activities, leading the preparation of STEM workshops, and proposing experiment/activity ideas for other use cases within the organization.

The Learning Experience Designer will work closely with the Marketing team to create educational content, develop bite-sized Science and Math experiments, demonstrations, and challenges, and co-create engaging educational videos, infographics, and reels that simplify complex concepts in fun, visual ways.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Working experience in the STEM experiential learning space - whether in curriculum design, teaching, or content creation (video hosting, scripting, storyboarding, etc) for Math and Science.
  • Strong project management & organizational skills: proficient in creating timelines, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Issue anticipation/controversy foresight: able to critically analyze ideas and concepts and anticipate potential issues/controversies.
  • Resourceful & open to experimentation: able to source materials and troubleshoot effectively to consistently achieve the outcomes of the planned activities as intended.
