- Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive therapy area and customer-level strategic plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure optimal customer coverage, and achieve overall company goals.
- Build and Foster Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and targeted customers, and engage and support customers in improving patients' outcomes.
- Uncover Market Insights: Uncover actionable market insights from regular HCP/HCO engagements and business analytics to formulate innovative patient-centric solutions and identify new business opportunities.
- Lead Account Planning and Management: Lead and execute account planning and management, including formulary listing of company products in hospitals.
- Maintain Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain robust product, therapeutic area, customer, and industry knowledge to consistently optimize strategic customer engagement plan development and implementation.
- Demonstrate Integrity: Demonstrate integrity and work within legal, compliance, and company policies and processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 4 years of sales/marketing/key accounts experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2 years in a specialty portfolio.
- Commercial Experience: Previous Gastro, Respiratory, Neurology, and/or Oncology commercial experience is an added advantage.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Driving License: A valid driving license and own vehicle.
