As a key member of our global banking client's Private Banking division, we seek a highly skilled Client Services Professional to support the Market Head (Private Banker) in delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals.

This 6-month contract position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can provide valuable support to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Private Banker and their Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) in managing client relationships and portfolios.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing client documentation, financial transactions, and other related materials.
Responsibilities:
  1. Client Support: Offer assistance to the Private Banker and ARM in managing client relationships, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Documentation and Transactions: Prepare and review client documentation, financial transactions, and other related materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • CACS papers are required for this position.
