Job Description

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and delivery of Advanced Sensor System projects. This involves collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project outcomes from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in leading or contributing to major engineering projects, with a strong background in system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proven expertise in implementing complex engineering/infrastructure projects is also essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams
  2. Ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and timelines
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in leading or contributing to major engineering projects
  • Proven expertise in implementing complex engineering/infrastructure projects
  • Experience in system administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Specialized knowledge of Advanced Sensor Systems (e.g. Radars, Electro-Optics)
  • Good understanding of Python, Ansible, and automation tools
