Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Executive to lead our warehouse operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing warehouse operations, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless distribution of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with business channels to carry out smooth distribution operations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and supervise warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and processing orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Lead the hamper operation during peak periods such as Chinese New Year to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Regularly replenish stocks to guarantee availability for orders.
  • Contribute to the development and modification of warehousing policies and procedures to ensure effective internal control and proper handling.
  • Bring workload and scheduling issues to the attention of senior management for resolution.
  • Recommend and assist in implementing operational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse activities, personnel, and equipment.
  • Provide regular reports and statistics on daily, weekly, and monthly operations.
  • Offer information on stock and inventory control on a weekly basis.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Participate in cycle counts and annual stock takes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with driving/operating reach trucks is advantageous.
  • Able to use mechanical handling equipment efficiently and manage its usage and training.
  • Possession of a forklift license is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities to monitor, lead, and train a team.
  • Positive mindset to continuously strive for high performance standards.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to provide clear work instructions to team members.
  • Hardworking and committed attitude towards tasks.
  • Able to go above and beyond to complete superior instructions.
  • Knowledge and experience in e-commerce fulfillment operations.
  • Will to work Monday to Friday and full-day Saturdays on alternate weeks.
