Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trade Finance Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our trade finance operations, improve process efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes that drive business results.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, credit, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as banks and suppliers, to ensure seamless trade finance operations.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade finance operations, preferably in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of improving process efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
