Commercial Bank Business Credit Manager

Citi Commercial Bank is seeking a highly skilled Business Credit Manager to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our Commercial Lending Management Unit, you will be responsible for underwriting requests for commercial credit extensions and making sound credit decisions.
Job Responsibilities- Interface with bankers to support the underwriting process and ensure compliance with internal procedures and credit risk policy guidelines.
- Analyze financial information, including trend and ratio analysis, to assess repayment capacity and render final credit decisions.
- Perform industry and geographical research as needed to ensure informed business decisions.
- Maintain a solid understanding of Citibank products and services within Small Business/Commercial Banking and the broader organization.
- Ensure adherence to Citibank credit policies, regulatory policies, and maintain satisfactory ratings from internal and external auditors.
- 2-5 years prior experience in credit risk management or equivalent training and experience preferably in the financial services industry.
- Ability to apply credit and risk principles toward business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency.
- Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and possess effective interpersonal, organizational, and analytic skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, Citi offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.
