Manager Role

Our organization is seeking a talented professional to serve as a subject matter expert in compensation and benefits.

  • Serve as an expert in designing, developing, and administering total rewards programmes across all levels.
  • Provide advisory and support to stakeholders on annual compensation review, incentive design, benefit reviews, governance, and policies.

As a key member of the Human Capital organization, you will report directly to the Head and SVP of Rewards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing rewards programmes and providing advisory and support to stakeholders.
  2. Designing, developing, and administering total rewards programmes across all levels.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
