Senior Payment Implementation Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Payment Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payment operations group, you will be responsible for delivering expert payment implementation support to clients and commercial cardholders.
Your primary objective will be to provide timely and efficient payment solutions that cater to the unique needs of our clients. This involves understanding their business models and providing tailored payment options that enhance their user experience.
To achieve this, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to streamline existing processes and implement new payment technologies. Your expertise in macro programming, datasheets, and other tools will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and innovation within our organization.
In addition to your technical skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role. You must be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical and operational issues in a timely manner.
Able to work independently, you will also contribute to the development of payment strategies and solutions that align with our organizational goals. By doing so, you will help drive business growth and maintain our position as a leader in the payment industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver expert payment implementation support to clients and commercial cardholders.
- Analyze client business models and develop tailored payment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and implement new payment technologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of payment strategies and solutions that drive business growth.
- Degree or Diploma in Business IT or related field.
- Proficient Excel macro skills.
- Basic programming experience in any language.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
