Financial Analyst Role

As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for developing and managing financial plans, analyzing financial performance, and providing data-driven insights to inform business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop annual budgets and forecasts, and perform variance analysis to identify areas for improvement.
2. Oversee timely preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.
3. Identify and implement robust internal controls and fraud prevention measures to mitigate financial risks.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2. 1+ years of experience in finance/accounting roles, with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.
3. Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Fluency in English and Chinese languages.
