Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration, ensuring seamless execution and compliance.
  • Legal Advice: Provide expert advice on a broad range of commercial issues, including contract negotiation, review, and compliance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our legal team to ensure effective communication and collaboration on all legal matters.
  • Procedure Development: Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle ongoing contract issues and change management, recommending best practices and improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in law with 3 years of PQE as an in-house lawyer, contract manager, or with a reputable commercial law firm.
