Senior Manufacturing Operations Supervisor
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in our manufacturing team. As a Senior Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate all production requirements to ensure efficient and timely delivery of high-quality products.
You will be responsible for organizing daily activities, providing training and evaluating training records, as well as ensuring product quality and efficiency by monitoring production processes and implementing corrective actions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate production schedules and resource allocation to meet customer deadlines
- Supervise and train production personnel to optimize workflow and productivity
- Monitor production processes and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency
- Evaluate and improve training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues
Requirements:
A diploma or degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field is required. At least 3 years of experience in production process management and people supervision are necessary. Experience in injection molding, medical products, or GMP environments is advantageous. The ideal candidate should be able to produce timelines and schedules, work independently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
