Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Wintel Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Windows Server environments.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our server infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows Server administration, Active Directory management, PowerShell scripting, Group Policy Objects, and Workplace Management Tools (e.g., SCCM, Citrix VDI).
  • Extensive knowledge of PC Imaging Deployment, Patch Management, Software Distribution for desktop and server devices.
  • Strong analysis and design skills, with sound documentation practices.
  • Experience in deploying similar functions, such as HCL Big Fix, MS SCCM, Citrix VDI.
  • Familiarity with MSI technology, Application Packaging/Deployment processes and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of custom actions, scripts, scenarios-based solutions, and regressive troubleshooting in Windows Installer Technology.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and architecture (AWS, Azure).
  • Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in AWS, Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or other relevant languages.
  • AWS, Azure certifications are a plus.
