Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description:

    Singapore, the Lion City of Asia. As a project engineer, you will participate in the design, development, maintenance, testing, and manufacturing support for turnkey projects in Singapore. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and quality delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: We are looking for engineers with a strong foundation in engineering principles and practices.
  • Turn-key project and transmission working experience above 6 years: With relevant technologies, you will be able to effectively manage and execute projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: As a project engineer, you will need to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and senior management.
  • Ability to translate, statistically analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and/or graphical formats: You will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Preferred knowledge of the process of cable works: Familiarity with cable works processes will be beneficial in ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Hands-on hardware design experience with analog and digital design solutions: With a focus on detailed design & review, component selection & evaluation, procurement, design validation, and release.
  • Experience with engineering test equipment: You will be required to operate and maintain various types of test equipment.
  • Ability to apply knowledge of installation, repair, and reinstatement at the road: This involves understanding the technical requirements for installing, repairing, and reinstating cables and other infrastructure at roads and highways.
  • Ability to write technical and status reports, business correspondence, and procedures: Effective writing skills are essential for creating clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Demonstrated high level of accountability, responsibility, and technical competence: As a project engineer, you will be expected to take ownership of your work and demonstrate a high level of technical expertise.
  • Must be task focused and have a results-oriented attitude and approach to the job responsibilities: This involves being proactive, organized, and outcome-driven in all aspects of your work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a process-driven team environment: Collaboration and teamwork are essential for achieving project goals and delivering quality results.
  • Ability to use structured problem-solving to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions: This involves applying a logical and systematic approach to problem-solving, ensuring accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.
  • Project planning and execution: From conception to completion, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.
  • Broad technical knowledge of cabling concepts, connectivity concepts, EMC, safety: A solid understanding of these technical areas will enable you to make informed decisions and deliver safe and reliable solutions.
