Marketing Content Strategist

Our organization is seeking a marketing expert to create compelling content and drive traffic through strategic marketing campaigns. This role reports directly to the director.

  • Increase brand awareness, recognition, and recall by developing strategies for lead generation, customer retention, and loyalty.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts with business development units, finance, and operations teams.
  • Manage marketing strategies, overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns while generating leads through various organic and paid acquisition channels.
  • Establish brand guidelines, defining and maintaining visual identity, including logos, colors, typography, and overall aesthetics.
  • Produce valuable content across all marketing channels by analyzing consumer behavior.
  • Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, gaining insights, and assessing against goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Setup and optimization of Google Adwords campaigns.
  • A sense of aesthetics and passion for copy and corporate communications.
  • Experience identifying target audience and developing engaging collaterals.
  • Skilled in social media engagement and marketing.
