About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to drive revenue growth through licensing and distribution of compelling content across Asia. As a key player in our International team, you will play a crucial role in negotiating commercially successful deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Your mission is to match captivating content with the right buyers, leveraging your expertise in global and regional content trends, buyer preferences, and media consumption patterns. You will represent a diverse portfolio of content, ensuring it reaches the widest possible audience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, develop, and grow the licensing of our content across Asia.
  • Explore and develop sales opportunities and strategies to create new revenue streams or bolster existing ones.
  • Achieve and exceed our sales targets across key business lines.
  • Evaluate new content for distribution and submit sales forecasts to the Global Content team.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree-qualified with a minimum 6 years' experience in content sales and distribution.
  • Commercial acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable experience of reacting creatively to change, trends, and evolving technologies.
