About the Role

As a seasoned project management professional, you will oversee systems projects and programs from initiation to completion.

These projects and programs are crucial to the success of facilities and the overall network.

  • Workforce Development: Lead initiatives to establish and maintain training plans, assignments, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Frontend Technical Academy (FETA) and learning items.
  • Program Management (PMO): Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive labor efficiency improvements across facilities.
  • Knowledge Management: Support documentation control, publishing, and periodic reviews.
  • Automation Skills: Take ownership of facilities systems and solutions, providing automation solutions, administrative support, and consultation advice.
  • TLP Program Management: Plan, execute, and continuously improve technical leadership programs.
  • Business Process Enhancement: Oversee the integration of business processes into organizational quality and training objectives.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong program management capabilities and interest in pursuing a PMO role.
  • Experience with Workday Training, OJTCert, EDC, SharePoint, MT Groups, ECN, PDR is preferred.
  • Excellent skills for leading or facilitating multi-organizational teams to success on complex multidimensional projects/programs.
  • Strong communication skills to build and manage teams, drive progress, and get management support.
  • Professional, organized, meticulous, analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent digital literacy in reporting and dashboarding software and Microsoft Office suite.
