Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Assistant Manager to join our team at TUNG LOK MILLENNIUM PTE LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of customer catering orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Delivery: Safely transport and deliver customer catering orders, adhering to assigned schedules and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Equipment and Food Handling: Load and unload equipment and food on and off of catering vans, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Order Verification: Check catering order sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness of equipment, food, and supplies.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in proper working order and coolers are maintaining temperatures.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Report any safety issues or temperature concerns to supervisors, ensuring compliance with local legislation and industry standards.
  • Sanitation and Maintenance: Maintain equipment sanitation, including vehicles, holding boxes/bags, beverage dispensers, and other equipment.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform any additional duties assigned by superiors, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • Class 3 Driving License: Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
  • Availability: Be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Initiative and Attitude: Demonstrate initiative, a hardworking attitude, and a positive attitude to learn and contribute.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
