Nursing Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care, lead daily nursing operations as Nurse-in-Charge, conduct rounds, assess residents' conditions, administer medications, and provide timely interventions.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of nursing care, safety, and comfort for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical (Primary): Lead daily nursing operations as Nurse-in-Charge, conduct rounds, assess residents' conditions, administer medications, and provide timely interventions.
- Administration (Secondary): Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in quality assurance, fire safety, and emergency response committees, and assist with staff performance appraisals.
Requirements:
- State Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
- Basic Cardiac Life Support Trained
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
