Solution Architect and Support Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect and Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions across integration, workflow automation, and knowledge management platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Boomi platform and a strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation (JSON, XML), and event-based integrations.

The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to engage users, manage expectations, and drive resolution of platform issues.

Apart from technical expertise, the candidate should possess good coordination skills to support multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

Additionally, the candidate should have strong documentation skills and be able to maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in application/platform development and support
  • Strong hands-on experience with Boomi platform
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices
  • Good understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, data transformation (JSON, XML), and event-based integrations
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting production systems
  • Ability to maintain technical documentation and knowledgebase articles
