Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate annual audits with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.">
  • Prepare and file GST and corporate tax returns independently.">
  • Manage company licenses and compliance requirements.">
  • Handle payroll processing and CPF submissions for employees.">
  • Oversee project-related payments and accounting entries.">
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, conduct financial analysis, and cost control.">
  • Supervise daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and compliant financial processes.">
  • Liaise with banks, tax authorities, and external auditors.">
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to improve efficiency and accuracy.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.">
  • Minimum 5 years of finance management experience in construction or related industries.">
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and GST filing.">
