Job Title: System Maintenance Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity to work as part of our team, providing top-notch system maintenance and support services to our customers. As a System Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills. A minimum diploma in Electronics, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering is required. Knowledge of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems, is also necessary. Experience with Lenel, Cisco, or Milestone is an advantage.

In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the customer service team to resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. You will provide support and maintenance services, including routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. You will also enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.

\

Key responsibilities include managing and renewing maintenance contracts as required, ensuring service quality by following company standards and policies, and handling daily troubleshooting and follow-up on all open technical issues until resolution.
