Join a dynamic team as an experienced Technician, working in a cutting-edge test cell environment.

Performing rig, test, and derig operations of engines is your main responsibility. You will also operate machinery, equipment, and tools to assemble, disassemble, and inspect engines, modules, components, and accessories.

Interpreting and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) ensures consistency and compliance with technical standards. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during daily operations maintain workflow efficiency.

Supporting the Assistant Foremen and Cell Leaders in achieving production targets and meeting operational targets is key to success.

Key responsibilities include performing SAP transactions, updating, and modifying work orders as required. Actively participating in EH&S programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance are essential.

To be successful in this role, you must possess NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in engine testing, module assembly, disassembly, or inspection is required.

Excellent understanding of technical drawing and manuals is necessary. You should be meticulous, detail-oriented, and hands-on in your approach. Being proactive and eager to learn, with a growth mindset, is crucial.

Additionally, willingness to work rotating shifts (day and night) and commit to overtime when required is necessary.
