Senior Legal Advisor Job

This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced legal professional to join our organization and drive business growth through strategic legal advice.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the management of our contracts, agreements, and compliance matters, with a focus on India-related transactions.
  • You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, providing expert advice on various aspects of contract law.
  • As a key member of the team, you will advise on all legal aspects relevant to our businesses, providing day-to-day support on operational matters.
  • You will also contribute to the implementation of group-wide legal compliance initiatives and conduct training sessions for internal business teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, with admission to practice in Singapore or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
  • A minimum of 1-5 years of PQE, preferably with an established law firm or corporate in-house legal environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a commercially savvy approach to legal matters.
  • Ability to work independently, under time pressure, and on multiple tasks, with a cooperative and team-oriented working style.
  • Deep sense of responsibility, ownership, and proactivity.
