Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment of team members and participate in manpower planning, ensuring optimal staffing levels to meet business demands.
  • Maintain and monitor accurate inventory levels, preventing stockouts and overstocking, while minimizing losses due to shrinkage or obsolescence.
  • Supervise and ensure effective day-to-day work procedures, maintaining a high standard of store appearance and promoting a positive shopping environment.
Requirements
  • Prior retail experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
