Responsibilities
  • Teach online classes for Secondary 3 and 4 students preparing for their O-Level Chemistry exams.
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with the MOE syllabus.
  • Provide personalized guidance to students based on their learning pace and academic needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents to update them on students' progress and discuss strategies for improvement.
  • Monitor students' performance, identify learning gaps, and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Fresh graduates or undergraduates with a strong academic background in Chemistry are welcome.
  • Strong passion for teaching and mentoring students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to handle both parents and students confidently.
  • Adaptable, keen on learning new teaching methods, and receptive to constructive feedback.
