Job Opportunity

We are seeking a pioneering professional to join our team in developing innovative healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in 3D printing technologies to pioneer new healthcare products that transform lives.

This exciting opportunity focuses on pioneering additive manufacturing research and application, contributing to groundbreaking advancements in personalized medicine. The chosen candidate will be part of an interdisciplinary team exploring innovative directions in advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities include:

• Proposal Preparation and Bidding: Develop and submit innovative proposals for advanced manufacturing projects to various funding agencies.

• End-to-End 3D Printing Application Development: Manage the entire product development cycle, from understanding customer requirements to delivering the finished product. This includes iterative design and development using various 3D printing technologies such as FDM, SLM, SLA, and PolyJet.

• Design for Additive Manufacturing (AM): Utilize in-depth knowledge of 3D printing capabilities, material properties, and cost optimization strategies to create effective designs.

• Product Development and Design Iteration: Continuously improve and iterate product designs using multiple types of 3D printing machines, ensuring high quality and innovation.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose and explore innovative directions in advanced manufacturing.

• Design and develop medical devices, implants, and instruments in collaboration with clients. This includes managing the entire design process from concept to market launch, encompassing research, prototyping, laboratory testing, iteration, design for manufacturing, and detailed design of final parts and assemblies.

• Foster a collaborative environment by interacting effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Assist senior leadership with the preparation, execution, and evaluation of strategic initiatives and projects.

Requirements

Requirements include:

• Educational Background: BA or BSc in Industrial Design or related fields.

• Product Development Experience: Proven experience in product development with strong capabilities in CAD design and simulation preferred.

• 3D Printing Expertise: Hands-on experience with various 3D printing technologies preferred.

• Digital Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in digital prototyping, including coding and programming.
