Key Responsibilities:

• Create immersive software solutions that integrate motion systems, VR technology, and interactive elements into seamless experiences for customers.\
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define software specifications for products.\
• Develop software and firmware for physical arcade games ensuring high-quality, reliable, and innovative solutions.\
• Design and develop robust and efficient software solutions that meet standards for safe and positive user experiences.\
• Perform thorough testing and validation of software components to ensure reliability, safety, and performance under arcade conditions.\
• Participate in DevOps activities including continuous integration, deployment automation, and security enhancements.\
• Document design processes development, testing, analytics, and troubleshooting.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field.\
• At least five years of experience in software development for similar business-to-business products.\
• Expertise in integrating functions like motion systems, VR technology, and other interactive elements.\
• Ability to lead a team and drive software development projects from start to finish.\
• Excellent communication skills and interest in creating engaging player experiences.\
• Basic understanding of computer architecture, networking, and programming languages C/C++, Python, Unity, Unreal, steam, .NET.\

• Experience with electrical or mechanical engineering.\
• Experience with network troubleshooting/problem resolutions, protocol analysis, and network trace/capture/analysis software.\
• Experience building own computers or servers.\
