We are seeking a skilled Creative Designer to join our team and help shape immersive experiences that captivate audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing branding, key visuals, and spatial design work, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing branding systems, key visuals, and design assets for exhibitions, immersive experiences, and large-scale events. They will also collaborate closely with creative leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic & Spatial Design:
    • Develop branding systems, key visuals, and design assets for exhibitions, immersive experiences, and large-scale events.
    • Design digital, print, and large-format marketing materials.
    • Adapt 2D graphics into spatial applications (murals, wayfinding, scenic backdrops, exhibition graphics).
    • Create artist impressions, concept mock-ups, and ideation visuals for pitches and stakeholders.
    • Contribute to pitch decks with mood boards, mock-ups, illustrations, and floor plans where needed.
  • Final Artwork & Production:
    • Prepare and deliver accurate final artworks for production.
    • Apply knowledge of material finishes, print processes, and fabrication methods.
    • Manage print production and liaise with vendors, fabricators, and installers to ensure quality.
    • Oversee on-site installation, troubleshoot issues, and ensure creative fidelity.
    • Conduct final checks on placement, colour, and finishing.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions.
    • Produce mock-ups, renders, and presentations for client approvals.
    • Collaborate closely with creative leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and standards.
    • Review design effectiveness and support on-site event installations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of graphic design experience, ideally with exposure to events, exhibitions, or environmental graphics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, key visuals, and spatial design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Bonus if familiar with After Effects, Figma, or 3D tools.
  • Experience with large-format print production and preparing artwork for installations.
  • Strong eye for detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to read and interpret floor plans, visualising how designs live in physical space.
  • Passion for storytelling through design and creating experiences that captivate audiences.
  • Extra credit for motion, animation, or 3D visualisation skills.
