Job Description

This role involves overseeing end-to-end deal execution for securitization facilities, including origination, structuring, credit execution, and ongoing portfolio management.

  • Originate, structure, and execute securitization deals with varying complexities.
  • Analyze and perform due diligence on transactions to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Manage a portfolio of securitization facilities across Asia Pacific, conducting regular reviews and ad-hoc requests from clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, contributing to cross-selling activities.
  • Originate new transactions through active client identification, pitching, and responding to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
  • Prepare and present credit submissions, liaise with external legal counsel on documentation, and develop recommendations for the appropriate course of action.
  • Utilize expertise in analyzing securitization transactions, maintaining and using complex spreadsheet and cash flow models related to securitization transactions.
  • Compile reports for senior management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including credit facility return metrics, relationship return metrics, risk limits, and annual budgeting and tracking.
Requirements

Securitization Expert Required

  • 7-15 years of experience in securitization, preferably in banking and/or rating agencies, with ability to work under limited supervision.
  • Strong credit, structuring, and execution skills.
  • Experience with securitization products, including ABS, CMBS, Trade Finance securitization, and Data Centre securitization.
  • Self-motivated, results-focused team player with strong learning ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory capital modelling.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines in a fast-changing, global environment.
