Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support our organization's goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and administering knowledge assessments, managing training data, and coordinating project workshops.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project-based administration, preferably in a corporate setting. They should also possess proficiency in using various data management and reporting tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and administer knowledge assessments for training programs
  2. Manage and ensure the integrity of training & workshop data across multiple platforms
  3. Ensure the availability and accessibility of training materials for all associates
  4. Generate and refresh weekly training reports to track progress and performance
  5. Manage and coordinate project workshops, including scheduling, materials preparation, and participant communication
  6. Support in any workshop communication activities, including engagement & recognition events
  7. Provide logistical support for training sessions and other critical project-related activities
  8. Consolidate and streamline project administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

  1. Experience in project-based administration, preferably in a corporate setting
  2. Proficiency in using various data management and reporting tools
  3. Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA scripting, PowerBI & data visualizations)
