Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct community outreach and needs assessments to identify seniors in need of support.
  • Develop and implement wellness programs for stroke survivors and seniors, including fitness sessions and wellness activities.
  • Collaborate with community partners to organize events and activities, such as roadshows, talks, and wellness workshops.
  • Manage administrative tasks and logistics associated with program implementation.
  • Provide personalized support and motivation to participants, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Gerontology, Community Health, Sports & Exercise Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a community setting or healthcare industry.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent project management and events coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite.
