Job Opportunity
As a senior network consultant with Japanese speaking capabilities, you will play a key role in providing consultation, solutions and product knowledge to support our sales team.
- Identify customer business and technical requirements to generate sales opportunities with suitable solutions;
- Design effective solutions to achieve customer business outcomes and maximize customer investment and satisfaction;
- Present solutions to customers and prepare technical offers and costs;
- Maintain up-to-date market trends to address customer needs and find new products/services to enhance existing focus solutions;
- Work closely with technology and business partners to build and grow business relationships;
- Hand over ordered projects to the postsales team;
- Retain and upsell our services to customers;
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled network professional to contribute to company success in a dynamic market.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering;
- Strong background in Cisco technology, particularly VLANs and data centers;
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and clients;
- Experience liaising with business counterparts in Japan, with deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette.
