About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale network infrastructures.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the high availability, performance, and security of our networks. This involves planning, configuring, and troubleshooting complex network systems, including LAN, WAN, and data center networks.

You will work closely with our technical teams to design and implement network architectures that meet our business needs. Your expertise in network protocols, such as EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and TCP/IP, will be essential in ensuring the seamless integration of our networks.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This includes responding promptly to incident reports, conducting root cause analysis, and providing timely status updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain large-scale network infrastructures
  • Plan, configure, and troubleshoot complex network systems
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of networks
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement network architectures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in IT-related discipline
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering
  • Expertise in network protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and TCP/IP
  • Experience in administering network devices, such as switches, routers, and firewalls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
