Fixed Income Trade Operations Role Overview

This fixed income trade operations position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide operational support to internal and external business partners by executing various tasks necessary for the investment process.
  2. Prepare and review daily production work, as well as supporting documentation, to confirm and settle trades with external parties in a timely manner.
  3. Utilize internal and external systems, reports, and sources to ensure accurate and up-to-date records with thorough review and approval from senior associates.

Post-trade processing, foreign exchange funding requirements, collateral management, loans, derivatives activities, new and terminated accounts, and client-related tasks are also part of this role.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high volume.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Proficiency in various software applications, data analysis tools, and technical systems is essential. A solid understanding of financial markets, regulations, and industry standards is also required.
