  • Booking cargo sales on our airline products
  • Coordinating with airlines and customers to confirm capacity and bookings
  • Providing expert knowledge of our airline products and advising customers accordingly
  • Administering cargo bookings, including loading flight reservations into systems and ensuring accurate data updates
  • Facilitating shipment requirements by interfacing with multiple parties, including customers, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc.
  • Monitoring shipments status and informing customers accordingly
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers and handling inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with the Billing Team to provide accurate data for invoicing

**Requirements**

  • At least 1 year of working experience in airfreight customer service or related field
  • Familiarity with CCN system and proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changes, with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possibility of working shifts and weekends
