Oemservices Asia Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Aircraft Component Order Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting daily customer AOG requirements, including order entry and management, and timely shipping of customer parts.


Key Qualifications:
  • Min. Diploma with at least 1-2 years of experience in aircraft component order fulfillment and repair management.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
Manage requests from customers and sellers within the allocated time frame (1 hour response, 4 hours dispatch of the package). Provide backup for global service activities. Manage/monitor backlog of AOG orders, interfacing with Account Managers, Logistics, and/or vendors relative to AOG activities.

Benefits:

Able to work shift duties on rotation basis during alternate weekdays (8 hours), alternate weekends (12 hours), and Public holidays. Shift allowance provided.
