Job Title: Guest Services Coordinator

About the Role:

The Guest Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests by providing exceptional support and assistance. This includes responding to special requests, gathering information, and resolving guest calls and concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can provide outstanding service to our guests.


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) to resolve guest calls and requests.
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order general office supplies as needed.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft or incidents.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
