Job Title: Senior Product Specialist

This role involves building trust with specialists, engaging in scientific discussions and supporting the adoption of therapies that improve quality of life.

  • Establish strong relationships with specialists, general practitioners and healthcare providers across both private and public sectors.
  • Drive sales growth for a portfolio of therapies addressing important healthcare needs.
  • Presentation of clinical data and product information through one-to-one detailing and presentations.
  • Partner with clinical educators to coordinate training sessions and provide value-added support to customers.
  • Develop territory business plans, including segmentation, targeting and campaign activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience ideally with exposure to specialists in Singapore.
  • Experience in complex therapeutic areas will be advantageous.
  • Strong consultative selling and customer engagement skills.
  • Proven ability in customer and territory business planning.
  • Mature and positive personality with strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently within a small team while being collaborative and supportive.
  • Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident.
