Procurement and Inventory Specialist

The Procurement and Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the timely procurement of parts, components, and materials. This position involves end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties, with a focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and delivery.
- This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Procurement and Inventory Coordinator
- Purchasing: Issue purchase orders for parts, components, and materials.
- Supply Management: Handle end-to-end purchasing and supply management duties, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Manage store operations, including receiving, inspecting, sorting, labeling, and issuing goods.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock and equipment inventory.
- Quality Control: Ensure proper packaging and unpacking protocols are followed.
- Safety and Health: Implement and uphold workplace safety and health practices.
- Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive procurement database and vendor records.
- Stock Management: Manage stock levels to prevent overstocking and track expiry dates to reduce wastage.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain high standards of handling and storage to meet company guidelines.
- Cleanliness: Keep store areas clean and orderly.
- Team Support: Assist the Sales team with Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and other related tasks.
- Logistics: Collect or deliver consumables.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Logistics/Procurement Manager.
- Education: Minimum 'O' Level education.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience: Experience in the Aviation industry is preferred.
- Licenses: Must possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
