About the Role
- Sell tickets and concessions: Members must sell tickets and concessions to customers, such as popcorn and drinks, while maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Greet customers: They must greet customers and provide information about movies, showtimes, and other cinema services, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
- Clean and maintain the cinema: They must ensure that the cinema is clean and tidy at all times, including the lobby, restrooms, and theatre, adhering to safety training guidelines.
- Assist customers: They must provide assistance to customers with special needs, such as wheelchair access or hearing-impaired devices, demonstrating leadership qualities.
- Handle customer complaints: They must handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise during their visit, promoting customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic projection duties: They may assist with the projection of movies, such as starting and stopping the film and adjusting the volume, requiring strong technical knowledge.
- Handle cash transactions: They must handle cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of their shift, exercising housekeeping skills.
