Energy Leader Role

This is a highly influential position that drives the pre-sales, sales, training and implementation of energy management and optimization solutions in the APAC region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and innovation in the region, as well as fostering collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership skills, including people leadership tasks, and the ability to build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the energy market and associated economics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building a high-performance Solutions team in APAC, comprising Energy and Data Analysts
  • Fostering innovation, thought leadership and best-practice sharing
  • Leading and coaching the Solutions team based on industry and regional market trends
  • Creating and maintaining an opportunity support plan for existing and new accounts
  • Engaging with high-level customer and partner decision makers
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to support end-to-end processes from sales to delivery
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 10 years' experience with energy modeling and power market analysis

Strong delivery record on projects in net-zero, decarbonization and solutions for new energy technologies

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

High level of emotional intelligence and ability to communicate complex subject matter

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

Self-driven, results-oriented with a focus on quality and sense of urgency for individual, team and region goal achievement

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, energy economics or mathematics
