Job Overview

The Cyber Security Solutions Expert will be responsible for all pre-sales activities in the Singapore region.

  • This role requires a security industry subject matter expert who can create content including blogs, white papers, and customer case studies.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology Industry.
  • He/She should also have a successful track record of new business production in several industries and ability to exceed quotas.
  • The candidate should possess excellent planning, time management, communication, decision making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter who can meet or exceed personal goals is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

The Cyber Security Solutions Expert will conduct all pre-sales activities, which include:

  • Conducting technical sales support and providing solutions to customers;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of solutions;
  • Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to customers;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cyber security products, methods, and technology trends in the current market;
  • Providing training and support to internal teams on cyber security solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Information Technology Industry;
  • Technical understanding of cyber security products, methods, and technology trends in the current market;
  • Understanding of networking, application security, SIEM, and OS in a medium to senior level capacity;
  • SIEM or UEBA deployment experience is necessary.
