Job Title: APAC Legal Specialist

About the Role:
Sony is looking for a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our APAC team. As an APAC Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on corporate and commercial activities across multiple markets in the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as country counsel and principal advisor for multiple markets in APAC
- Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate and commercial activities
- Review, draft and negotiate business agreements and legal documents
- Support, manage or drive regulatory inquiries or investigations
- Provide legal training to various APAC business teams

Requirements:
- Law graduate with a license to practice law in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand or another common law jurisdiction
- Minimum 5 years' experience practicing law either in an in-house corporate legal department, top-tier law firm or a combination of both
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in at least English
- Familiarity with the laws in multiple countries in the APAC region
